Cornerstone Credit Union Business Loans

Cornerstone Credit Union is excited to begin offering business loans to our members beginning July, 2008. This is a brand new service that we are offering to help members who are planning to expand an existing business, planning to start a business, or planning to purchase a business. We are partnering with Community Business Lenders and the Iowa Credit Union League to offer this service that will offer the complete underwriting, documentation and loan servicing for new business loans.

If the loan is larger than Cornerstone Credit Union can absorb, the Iowa League will solicit other credit unions in the state to participate in the funding of the loan. Types of loans that will be available:

  • Investment properties
  • Business expansion
  • Equipment purchases
  • Business purchases
  • Commercial Property purchases and/or Construction Loans
  • Revolving lines of credit, term loans, and SBA loans available

Cornerstone Credit Union will also have the ability to participate in loans generated by other Iowa Credit Unions thus making our loan portfolio larger and more profitable. So, whether you have a small business or want to own a larger business, we are here to help you grow. CBL is a locally owned company that offers small business or individuals competitive rates, quick response times, and a “member-focused” commitment. Check out Community Business Lender’s web site to get additional information – https://www.cblenders.com .

If you are ready to pursue a member business loan with us, please complete the Business Prospect Information Form now! Or you can always contact us.

Once we have reviewed we will need a Personal financial Statement completed, along with other items that we will share with Community Business Lenders.
